Clare Garvie is a senior fellow at the Georgetown Center on Technology & Policy. She has testified in front of congress about police use of facial recognition and is the lead author on three of the center’s reports about facial recognition. Her work has also been featured in The New York Times, The Washington Post, and The Wall Street Journal. She is also spotlighted in the new documentary Coded Bias.

Emiliano Falcon-Morano is the Policy Counsel for the Technology for Liberty Program at the ACLU of Massachusetts. He has been instrumental in increasing the regulation of facial recognition in Massachusetts. The Massachusetts ACLU has successfully advocated for bans on government use of facial recognition in Boston as well as other communities.
